Hi all and welcome to SE Asia with me!

In the beginning I was thinking of writing in Finnish only, but I'll try to write some short summary in English every time I post. This will probably be the only post only in English, in the future you'll find the English post after the Finnish one. :)

I'm a 30 year old woman from Rovaniemi, northern Finland. A former office worker, who is now going to travel around in South East Asia for the upcoming winter! I'm going to start my travel with Indonesia where I'm going to visit Jakarta and then travel to Bunaken island in North Sulawesi.

This blog is going to be about my travel to south east Asia during the winter 2015-2016. I already have some thoughts about my trip; hopefully it's going to include lots of diving, local culture, nature above and under the surface, food, diving, white sand beaches and palm trees, diving, more diving, lots of new people and hopefully new friendships.

The idea of writing a travelblog came up when I was thinking of how to keep my family and friends updated without spamming on Facebook all the time with photos and stories. Of course I'm going to post on Facebook and Instagram (@targair) too from time to time, but I'll try to post mostly here in the blog.
